They are made by mixing different colored powders into a liquid epoxy, which is then poured onto the floor to form the desired pattern. Sanding down and refloating these floors will require specialist tools, materials and skills, but can look amazing when done correctly.
Tiled Floors
Tile flooring is durable and there are so many different colours and textures, as well as shapes and sizes. These floors are very hard and a refloating will mean removal of all the existing tiles, usually by breaking them up with a hammer or mechanical equipment.
